Usage Recommendation
Don't use it.
We mention this attribute because it does not exist. It would seem logical that since
MSIE recognizes
<INPUT LANGUAGE="..."> and
<SELECT LANGUAGE="...">, it would recognize
<TEXTAREA LANGUAGE="...">, but alas, it does not. This is probably just as well, because if MSIe did implement this attribute, it would probably be just as
problematic as
<INPUT LANGUAGE="...">.
